Ronnie James is from China Grove, NC. He attended the School of Hard Knocks where he still takes daily classes but doesn’t have any degrees. Ronnie continues to learn every day!

Before starting at TMG, Ronnie worked for UnitedHealthcare which gave him a strong insurance based background that helps him today. Ronnie joined the team in August 2012 as the NC Regional Sales Director and Manager of the agent division. He describes his typical day as sunny with a chance of rain. He recruits, trains, and sells Medicare products. 

Ronnie’s favorite part about TMG is that we don’t take each other too seriously and we work well as a team. (Janna’s cakes are high on the list too) Ronnie claims he has no free time, but if he did, he would like to attend church, watch baseball games, and spend time with his family. He has three children, two grandchildren, and a dog. Ronnie describes himself as “blessed beyond measure” and describes himself as fearless which he says could be a good or bad thing.

Ronnie only travels to Raleigh when he is needed, but his favorite restaurants here would have to be The Capital Grille or Poppyseed Market. However, he says it has been a while since anyone has asked him out to eat!

Kristi Bell is from just outside the Birmingham, Alabama area. She decided to stay close to home for college attending the University of Alabama Birmingham where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Kristi works for TMG from Alabama as one of our Regional Sales Directors. She joined the team in April of 2017 after working for UnitedHealthcare in the Medicare Sales and Marketing department for 17 years.

Kristi says she is always recruiting!! She is constantly looking for great agents to work with and bring on board with TMG. Her daily routine consists of working with agents to help them grow their business and provide as much support as possible to ensure their success.

Kristi says “I think my strongest strength would be just my background with the Medicare products and helping agents prospect. I love being in the field with the agents and clients”. Whether it is helping agents work leads, running appointments with them, local area marketing opportunities or just helping agents in whatever they may need, Kristi is always there for her agents. Kristi loves working with agents and with the TMG team!  She says humility goes a long way and always strives to be humble herself.

Shopping and the Auburn Tigers are two of Kristi’s favorite things! She says she doesn’t have any plants or kids at her house because she’s scared she might forget to feed or water them! Her favorite restaurant in Birmingham is a little place called Bongiorno’s Italian Restaurant.

John Elliott brings 14 years of experience working in all aspects of the insurance business which makes him perfect for the role of Regional Sales Director of South Carolina and Georgia.

Starting out in the mail room of Cutler & Associates, John's passion for the industry naturally propelled him upward. He learned the ins and outs of contracting, marketing and agent support before taking over product development with the top carriers in the country.

His degree in Retail Management from USC with a concentration in business was paramount in his ability to create great relationships with anyone he meets including carriers and agents alike.

When John is not closing deals and providing stellar support, he recharges with his love of fishing and the outdoors. John and his wife stay fit by chasing their 2 young children all around South Carolina.
